My name is CJ, and I am the creator of A Second Perspective. I have valued mental health of the people around me ever since I was extremely young, so the creation of this website helps me a ton with learning more about the stability and comfort of other kids around me. This questionnaire will be used to complete an updated version of A Second Perspective when I strive to complete my Gold Award. Responses will remain anonymous, and absolutely will solely go towards completion of a local survey on mental health.
